  • 🖼 Explore a curated exhibit of photographs and documents showcasing the school’s evolution.

  • 🍪 Light refreshments will be served.

Renowned harpist, vocalist, and storyteller Martha Gallagher brings her dynamic and genre-blending performance to Long Lake. With a career spanning over 30 years, Martha’s music draws from classical, Celtic, jazz, and folk traditions.

Free and open to the public.

Thursday, July 31

  • Long Lake Farmer’s Market from 10 AM to 2 PM at Mt. Sabattis Lower Parking Lot. Local vendors bring fresh produce, crafts, treats, and more. A great stop for fresh food and Adirondack charm.

  • At Raquette Lake – St. Williams on Long Point, join Jeannine Laverty & Dan Berggren for Adirondack Stories & Songs at 6:30 PM. Folk tales and music under the stars with two regional treasures.

Friday, August 1

  • Music by the Lake – Ten Most Wanted performs from 6 to 8 PM at the Long Lake Town Beach. Their unique blend of rock, pop, and soul makes them a local favorite. Bring a chair, grab dinner to go, and make a night of it by the water.

Saturday, August 2

  • 100‑Bird Trap Shoot at Long Lake Fish & Game Club (8196 Newcomb Road), 7 AM to 5 PM. A friendly community competition—watch or join in!

  • Boater Safety Class, 8 AM–4 PM at Long Lake Town Hall. A must for anyone operating a boat this season.

  • Wide Variety concert at Raquette Lake School at 2 PM—a cappella group performing golden oldies from the ‘50s to the ‘70s.

  • Boat Parade at Raquette Lake’s Town Dock at 6 PM, followed by fireworks at dusk. Decorated boats, prizes, and fun for all ages.

Sunday, August 3

  • Heart of the Park Craft Fair, Mt. Sabattis Pavilion, 10 AM–4 PM. Over 50 vendors offer handmade goods, artisan foods, and Adirondack gifts. Don’t miss Penelope the Clown for kid-friendly fun. Admission: just $1!
