Smith guideboat on display. \nLong Lake Nutrition Site – located in the back of the Long Lake Town Hall\n1204 Main Main Street\nLong Lake\, NY 12847 \nFriday 2/16 2pm – 6pm\nSaturday 2/17 10am – 6pm\nSunday 2/18 11am – 2pm \nAdditional Historical Society images will be on display at the Long Lake Mt. Sabattis Geiger Arena\, 6 Pavilion Lane\, Long Lake\, NY \n\n\n“Long Lake and other waters in the Town of Long Lake served for years as the principal highways and main streets of the community. It was natural\, then\, that the building of boats should become a leading occupation of the community. The well-known Adirondack guide boat is said to have originated there. George W.
