DESCRIPTION:10am Kids Games at the Long Lake Ball Field. Free and open to all ages. \n12pm Beach -The annual Fourth of July Celebration begins at the Town Beach\, sponsored by the Town of Long Lake. Live music\, food\, and activities continue throughout the evening. \n12pm Strawberry Shortcake served by the Long Lake Lions Club (until sold out) \n1pm – LIVE MUSIC at the Beach – Featuring Daydream Fountain \n4pm Long Lake Fire Department Cookout at the Town Beach featuring sausage and peppers. \n4pm Penelope the Clown will be at the Town Beach Gazebo with face painting and balloon animals for kids. \n5pm Bed Races return to Long Lake for 2026. * Stay tuned for more details! \n6:30pm Grit N Grace performs live. Since 2011\, the band has delivered high-energy country\, rock\, and dance music across New York and neighboring states. \n9:30pm – ish – At dark\, FIREWORKS light up the sky over Long Lake—viewable from the beach\, by boat\, or from Mt. Sabattis Pavilion. \nThe Long Lake Little Bus will run from the Municipal Lot next to St. Henry’s Church on Main Street\, providing transportation to and from the Town Beach within a 3.5-mile radius. \n\nMusic: \n\n1pm – 3pm\nDaydream Fountain is a psychedelic improv-rock band based out of New York State’s Capital Region. Band members Reckless Barb\, Planetary Jones\, and Nighttime Bill have been creating music together since 2018. Collectively harnessing their imaginations over the years has resulted in a deluge of emotionally relevant material that feeds into an excitingly dynamic demonstration of musical prowess. By distilling and curating their musical journey\, the band has prepared a unique listening experience sure to satisfy any inquisitive mind that is willing to observe Daydream Fountain. \n6:30pm – 9:30pm\nGrit N Grace\nSince 2011 Grit N Grace has been entertaining audiences regionally in NY as well as neighboring states with their unique blend of high energy country\, rock\, and dance music for a show that is enjoyable for all ages.
